This form is to be used to certify a current student's enrollment and/or obtain a letter of good academic standing.


Current students can obtain documentation certifying their enrollment or good academic standing free of charge from the Office of the Registrar.

NOTE: In accordance with the law, our office cannot certify your enrollment to any entity until the census date (12th class day during the fall and spring semesters; 3rd class day during the summer sessions).

The Enrollment Certification Request Form may be downloaded from this web site, or obtained in person from the Registrar's Office. Once completed, you can mail, fax, or drop off your form in person to:
