Official Transcript Information

An official transcript is the University’s certified statement of your complete TAMUCC academic record, including coursework, grades, and degrees earned. Credit hours earned through transfer work are not listed in detail, but do appear as cumulative totals.

Whether delivered as a digitally signed PDF or a printed copy, the official transcript includes features that ensure the authenticity and security of the document. (Unofficial transcripts may be viewed in S.A.I.L.)

Your official transcript will be delivered to any valid e-mail address via secure certified PDF. The Office of the Registrar will process orders within minutes in most cases, but once processed - it is delivered! Processing delays may occur near U.S. holidays.

If you are wanting your eTranscript to show your recently awarded degree, please view your unofficial transcripts in S.A.I.L to verify that your degree has been posted.

Paper Transcripts

• Delivered by USPS first-class mail
• Available for pick up at the Registrar’s Office
• Delivered by expedited FedEx service (additional fees apply)
• For FedEx next-day delivery service, transcripts must be ordered by 3 pm
• FedEx service cannot deliver to P.O. boxes
